I am returning to my roots as a strategic advisor and board member with a wide variety of projects.
In partnership with Reed Omary, MD of Greenwell Project, we gather 40-50 people for the monthly Innovators Forum in Nashville, TN. Participants come together to share ideas and learn from an invited speaker.
Our current research is focused on compounding risks, both environmental and financial, presented by rapid AI data center development.

Founder
Launched ClimateWiser to map the cleantech innovation ecosystem across the Southeast US. The anchor output is Green Pages, a database of 600+ nonprofits, investors, academics, policymakers, and founders across ten states. Primary sectors: energy transition, AI infrastructure, agriculture, water resilience, and health.
Building ClimateWiser taught me that the most useful thing I could offer wasn't analysis alone but access to the right people at the right time. That is the core premise of Curio.

Cofounder, Board Member
Cofounded an AI platform to accelerate precision medicine R&D, starting from a blank sheet of paper in a nascent industry. We built pricing models, partnerships, and proof points for patients and payers.
Starting Decode taught me what it costs to build something genuinely new, which sharpened how I advise founders doing the same.

Launch Tennessee
Board Member, Executive Committee
Spent a decade on the board of Tennessee's statewide public-private innovation partnership. I lead the Programs and Budget committee and work to align mission with stakeholders: founders, funders, legislators, and sponsors.
A decade connecting early-stage companies with the institutions that fund and support them is the network infrastructure Curio draws on directly.

Change Healthcare
CFO
Invited to join the founding team to build growth strategy, raise capital, and develop operations. Change Healthcare created a new industry in the era of high-deductible plans, grew to $9B in revenue, and was acquired by United Health Group in 2022.
Change Healthcare showed me how a company can define a market before the market knows it needs defining

Corporate Childcare (now Bright Horizons)
CFO
Helped finance and launch the world's leading on-site employer-sponsored childcare company at the moment hospitals needed staff back from maternity leave. Built the revenue model and operational plan from scratch.
Corporate Childcare was my first proof that the right service, built for the right moment, can create an entirely new industry category.
